A Day of Celebration

Today is a very special day – it’s been 6,832,800 minutes since I’ve said I do. On December 17, 2005, I married my best friend in the entire world. There is something crazy and absolutely exciting about the fact that we’ve been married 13 years – more than a third of my life.

We’ve driven more than 4,131 miles during our moves across the country. We’ve lived in three states together, had the best fur babies, gotten matching tattoos, owned five cars and at one time owned a home.

He is my partner in every way, and this blog would have never happened if it weren’t for him. I wouldn’t be me if it weren’t for him. I can’t ever thank him enough for the love and support he gives. He is truly my better half. So, I thought today it would be the day that I introduce you to my wonderful husband, Aaron.

Looking forward to the forever we have ahead and the many more firsts to come.

Our story started as love at first sight and has been a whirlwind romance ever since. Here are a few of my favorite pictures of us from throughout the years.

Truth be told, I snuck this picture of Aaron when we first met at work. I know, kind of creepy - but it is one of my favorite pictures of him.

Our 10 year anniversary. We got married at the Bellagio in Las Vegas originally so we did our vow renewal in Vegas too.
